Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) from the date of purchase.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM IST on a business day are considered placed on the next business day.

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight, size, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following domestic shipping options within India:

Note: Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order. These are estimates only, and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions).
3. Shipping Destinations
Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
4. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website.
5. Shipping Damage and Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your cosmetic products to ensure they arrive safely. However, in the rare event of damage or loss:

Damaged Shipments: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) at info.genarx@gmail.com with your order number and photographic evidence of the damage to both the product and the packaging. We will assess the situation and arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows the package as delivered, but you have not received it, please check with your local post office and neighbors. If the package cannot be located, please contact us. We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier. If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will process a replacement or a refund.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided.

If you notice an error in your shipping address before your order is processed (within a few hours of placing it), please contact us immediately to correct it.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. If the package is lost, we cannot issue a refund.
