Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within one hour of placing the order on the website, before the products are dispatched.

Cancellations can be made:
(i) From your account on the Website.

If an order is not cancelled within one hour, you will not be allowed to cancel the order.

A complete refund will be initiated for prepaid orders that are cancelled within one hour.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 24–48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed.

Returns & Replacements Policy

Returns and replacements are accepted only for unused products in the following cases:

Defective product received

Damaged during delivery

Missing items

Wrong product delivered

Return requests must be raised from the ‘My Orders’ section within 2 days of delivery.

Customers are required to arrange and bear the cost of return shipping. We currently do not provide pickup service.

Once the returned product is received and verified, we will initiate a replacement or refund (as applicable).

Refund Policy

Refunds will be initiated within 4–5 business days of approval of your return/cancellation request.

Depending on your payment method and bank, the refund may take 2–3 weeks to reflect in your account.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
